Red Bull team advisor Helmut Marko is optimistic about the race in Baku as part of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
As reported by Report, the experienced specialist stated that after Max Verstappen’s victory at the Italian Grand Prix, Red Bull can also compete (with McLaren – Ed.) in other races.
“I’m very optimistic about Baku and these fast tracks. Singapore is the only race we haven’t won yet, and the slow tracks are a bit more challenging for us. But I believe that everything is possible right now. If we can maintain the pace, we can compete on most tracks,” Marko noted.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be held from September 19 to 21.
Four-time world champion Max Verstappen is currently in third place in the 2025 championship after 16 races, with 230 points. He is 104 points behind the championship leader, McLaren driver Oscar Piastri.
