Here’s the translation:

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, during a meeting with Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, stated the need to establish interaction between Minsk and Astana in the aviation sector.

This was reported by BelTA.

“Our planes are not serviced or refueled there. Russian planes, exactly the same ones, they refuel and service, but Belarusian planes — no. We need to correct the situation. Right now we’ve put this issue under special control,” Lukashenko said.

He noted that Belarus has always had good relations with Kazakhstan, but “interests must be observed”.
