Mirzoyan met with Turkish Special Representative Serdar Kılıç

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received Serdar Kılıç, the Special Representative of Türkiye for the normalization of relations with Armenia.

As reported by Caliber.Az, this was announced on social media by the Spokesperson of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ani Badalyan.

It should be recalled that a meeting of the delegations of the two countries on the normalization of relations took place in Armenia today. As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed to conduct the necessary technical studies for the restoration and operation of the Gyumri-Kars railway and power line.
