Armenia and China have developed a very concrete partnership, and this partnership must be developed, including through mutual investment opportunities.
As reported by Caliber.Az citing Armenian media, this was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, in a conversation with journalists.
He named the agreement on strategic partnership between Armenia and China, signed following a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as the most important document.
Pashinyan explained that strategic partnership means that the business communities receive a positive political signal to develop relations in the economy and other areas.
“Our partners should just take advantage of these opportunities. Of course, it is obvious that there are limitations related to distance and transport, but I am sure that the unblocking of regional infrastructure will solve a significant part of this problem. Imagine the possibility of loading cargo on trains in Armenia and unloading it in China. This is a completely different economic situation. And one of our tasks is to fix this situation,” the Prime Minister of Armenia noted.
