World Championships: Second Azerbaijani wrestler wins bronze in Zagreb

Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler Arseny Dzhioev (86 kg) won the bronze medal at the World Championships, which is taking place in Zagreb (Croatia).

According to İdman.biz, in the match for third place, Dzhioev defeated the representative of France, Rahim Magomedov, with a score of 7:0.

This is the second bronze for Azerbaijani wrestlers at the World Championships in Croatia. Earlier, the team was awarded the bronze medal by Nuradin Novruzov (61 kg).

In addition, the heavyweight of the Azerbaijani national team, Giorgi Meshvidishvili (125 kg), will fight for the gold, and his opponent will be the Iranian Amir Hossein Zare.
