Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen announced the launch of a new aid program for Ukraine, under which the country will allocate 375 million euros.

He said this during a press conference with the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Andrii Sibiga, in Kyiv on September 12, reports “European Pravda”.

On Friday, September 12, Rasmussen presented the new Ukraine Transition Program, which is “the largest and most ambitious development support program in history”.

It allows Denmark to allocate 375 million euros. The concept of this program is to increase Ukraine’s resilience and its ability to meet the basic needs of its people.

Sibiga, in turn, said that this program will last three years. “Three key areas: support for resilience and early recovery, energy security and the transition to green energy, and the development of energy institutions,” he said.
