The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the ships of the international flotilla Global Sumud, heading towards Gaza, are owned by Saif Abu Kishk.
He is called a “Hamas militant” in the MFA statement.

Saif Abu Kishk, a Hamas operative, runs Cyber Neptune, a shell company in Spain. Through it he owns the flotilla ships sailing to Gaza.

According to the Israeli MFA, Abu Kishk runs a shell company Cyber Neptune in Spain, through which he is the actual owner of ships heading to Gaza from European countries.
“The connection to Hamas is not hidden. It is obvious,” the MFA states in a message titled “Exposed: Hamas Jihadist Flotilla”. The statement does not provide clear evidence of Saif Abu Kishk’s involvement with Hamas or the fact that he owns the Global Sumud flotilla ships. Formally, he is a “press secretary”, “official representative”, and “leadership member” of this flotilla.
Abu Kishk himself calls the accusations against the flotilla “psychological warfare”.
There are other “press secretaries” as well. These are Marwan bin Ghetaya and Wael Nawar. The Israeli MFA notes that they have been photographed multiple times with the head of the Hamas branch in North Africa, Yusuf Hamdan.
“The connection of the ‘humanitarian’ flotilla to Hamas is not hidden. It is obvious,” the MFA emphasizes.
